Why Being Cold Is Actually Good For You


Imagine eating the following for breakfast: Three fried-egg sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise. Two cups of coffee. One five-egg omelet. One bowl of grain. Three slices of French toast topped with three chocolate-chip pancakes.

Mobility is Essential to Healthy Aging

As our bodies age, they naturally go through several degenerative musculoskeletal processes. However, these can be countered with exercise to invigorate your functionality, mobility and overall health. Although it may be more difficult to engage at the same activity level as before, there are still many ways to stay active and increase or maintain your mobility.
